Ingredients
- 1 cup dry green lentils
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables, roasted
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Simmer lentils in broth until tender.
