Ingredients
- 10 oz pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream or cashew cream
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Sauté mushrooms in oil until browned; add garlic.
- Stir in cream; toss with pasta; season to taste.
