Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Silky, savory mushrooms tossed with al dente pasta in a light cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream or cashew cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in oil until browned; add garlic.
  3. Stir in cream; toss with pasta; season to taste.
